Hello My name is Shelia. I am a Licensed Massage therapist of 7 years,  former Massage Instructor and also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.  I have spent my career studying mobility of the human body. Muscles are like an intricate pulley system for our bones. With an advanced knowledge of  anatomy and kinesiology I am able to target muscles that are causing wide spread tension in the body. These wide spread areas of tension can greatly affect posture, leading to more issues. I specialize in Sports Rehab, acupressure, Deep tissue, Stretching and Thai Yoga massage. Using a variety of modalities I am able to help correct many postural defects that are causing pain and tension.

I am a long time mixed-media artist and accomplished professional tattoo artist with over 4 years experience. Pairing creative style, technical knowledge, a passion for aesthetics and an eye for beauty to create a one of a kind permanent makeuping experience.
